The program is a fully immersive experience where we take a deep dive into plant-based cooking for four to six weeks and then ongoing support for 6 months. It allows us to dig deep together to create meaningful change.
In this program I am fully present with you, to give you all the attention you require. This is not a templated, cookie cut program. It 100% completely customised for you! This is not a pre-written program with a bunch of recipes we’ll work on together!
Here is a breakdown of the program and what’s included. it’s best to run the intensive part of the program over one month to create a completely immersive experience.
A one hour discovery call (via phone or zoom) to discuss exactly what your needs are, what type of coaching you require, and how I can be of service. By the end of this call I’ll then be able to create a personalised coaching program to answer all your questions. (WEEK 1)
A one hour pantry audit. This is my favourite part! We go through your pantry to get clarity and organisation. We’ll chat about ingredients you currently have, which ingredients are not serving you, how to keep ingredients fresh and where the gaps are in your pantry. (WEEK 1)
A customised shopping list based on our discovery call and pantry audit. This list will be customised to you. The list will include items you’ll need to stock to create the healthy, plant-based meals you require. The list will also include where to buy the ingredients and how to store them (WEEK 2)
3 x two hour private cooking classes with myself, Fi – these can be held at your home or at the Wholesome Bellies commercial kitchen. Each class will be customised to include recipes suitable to your diet and what you’d like to learn to cook. All food prepared will be left with you to enjoy. All ingredients are included. (WEEK 3 – 5)
Bonus recipes – At the end of the 5 week program any additional recipes requested will be added to your custom cookbook!
2 x 1 hr private online cooking class (zoom). The online cooking classes are designed to keep you inspired. I recommend scheduling a private classes a month or two after your initial 5 week program and then in another couple of months.
5 weeks unlimited access to me, Fi! During our five week intensive, you will have direct access to me via email or phone to answer any questions. I’m here to support all the way.
6 months support – This is designed to give you independence in the kitchen with support from afar. if during the 6 months you need to reach out, have questions or need a bit of inspiration, you can email and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours – that’s a promise. This can be a long journey, and sometimes you may need to reach out for support. I’m here for that!
A colour recipe book – all the recipes + bonus recipes, notes and educational materials will be compiled into a full colour book for you!

Two one hour online cooking classes. Me in my kitchen and you in yours. These classes are tailored for you so you simply tell me what help you need and we'll work on that together (2 hours)

I’m a passionate plant-based foodie and cook and absolutely love helping people get more plants on their table and live a healthy, joyful life!
My plant-based journey began 15 years ago (more about this story HERE) And today I live a mostly plant-based life. I love cooking, sharing my food with others and most importantly I love inspiring others to live a healthy life. Growing up in and Italian family, with my mum the chef in our family restaurants, has given me an incredible foundation for building flavour from scratch. I’m always told I have a talent for cooking and I truly feel most comfortable in the kitchen. It’s truly a blessing and one I’ve love to share with you.
I’m a wife, daughter, sister and mum. I’m also big on kindness and work on sprinkling a bit of that everywhere! The world needs more.
My kids (aged 10 and 13) have both been raised vegetarian, and still are. The personal experience in raising them up this way and having them thrive is also something I’m passionate about and happy to share the experience and knowledge.
