When I became plant-based I had to totally re-create all the dishes I was used to eating. At first it was overwhelming and I didn't know where to start and how to incorporate the right amount of protein, iron, etc. Luckily my mum was a chef so I understood how to balance flavours and cook delicious food. I spent months (actually years) practicing, and the more I experimented with new ingredients the more confident I became and the better the food tasted. I was actually having a lot of fun.

THIS is where this Private One-on-One Coaching idea originated. Sometimes a group cooking class doesn't give you that personalised teaching you need. And it's a one off lesson right! Where as with coaching, I'm here to support you in your journey every step of the way!

What is the Cooking Coaching Program?

The program is a fully immersive experience where we take a deep dive into plant-based cooking for four to six weeks and then ongoing support for 6 months. It allows us to dig deep together to create meaningful change.

In this program I am fully present with you, to give you all the attention you require. This is not a templated, cookie cut program.  It 100% completely customised for you!  This is not a pre-written program with a bunch of recipes we’ll work on together!  

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?

Here is a breakdown of the program and what’s included.  it’s best to run the intensive part of the program over one month to create a completely immersive experience.  

FULL IMMERSION

A one hour discovery call (via phone or zoom)  to discuss exactly what your needs are, what type of coaching you require, and how I can be of service.  By the end of this call I’ll then be able to create a personalised coaching program to answer all your questions. (WEEK 1)

A one hour pantry audit.  This is my favourite part!  We go through your pantry to get clarity and organisation.  We’ll chat about ingredients you currently have, which ingredients are not serving you, how to keep ingredients fresh and where the gaps are in your pantry.  (WEEK 1)

A customised shopping list based on our discovery call and pantry audit. This list will be customised to you. The list will include items you’ll need to stock to create the healthy, plant-based meals you require.  The list will also include where to buy the ingredients and how to store them (WEEK 2)

3 x two hour private cooking classes with myself, Fi – these can be held at your home or at the Wholesome Bellies commercial kitchen. Each class will be customised to include recipes suitable to your diet and what you’d like to learn to cook.  All food prepared will be left with you to enjoy.  All ingredients are included(WEEK 3 – 5)

ONGONG SUPPORT

Bonus recipes – At the end of the 5 week program any additional recipes requested will be added to your custom cookbook!

2 x 1 hr private online cooking class (zoom).  The online cooking classes are designed to keep you inspired.  I recommend scheduling a private classes a month or two after your initial 5 week program and then in another couple of months.

5 weeks unlimited access to me, Fi!  During our five week intensive, you will have direct access to me via email or phone to answer any questions.  I’m here to support all the way.

6 months support – This is designed to give you independence in the kitchen with support from afar.  if during the 6 months you need to reach out, have questions or need a bit of inspiration, you can email and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours – that’s a promise.  This can be a long journey, and sometimes you may need to reach out for support.  I’m here for that!

A colour recipe book – all the recipes + bonus recipes, notes and educational materials will be compiled into a full colour book for you!

Terms & Conditions

It is important to recognise that coaching is a valuable adjunct to other health professional services.  My services are centred around sharing my knowledge and experience living a plant-based lifestyle for over 15 years.  The information I share and the teaching I provide will build confidence and skills, create a safe space to discuss and share cooking and nutrition ideas as well as empower you and help inspire healthy change.  

I do not diagnose or treat. My services are designed to explore, educate and empower.

The content provided by myself and www.wholesomebellies.com.au are informational purposes only and not designed to replace health professionals.

I am open to working alongside a health professional as well as recommending incredible health professionals if needed.

Prior to commencing with new clients, I send information on session scheduling, program structures, invoicing, cancellation processes, consent, confidentiality and record keeping.

Disclaimer

  1. The private classes will be scheduled during the week.  If you require weekend teaching there will be a surcharge of 25% for the cooking component.  Factor an additional $150 per cooking class by three classes.
  2. Travel up to 10km from Brisbane CBD included.  For travel further an hourly rate of $200 will be charge per hour (pro rata) for travel time.  So if travel time is 30 minutes additional past the 10km radius the charge will be $100.
  3. Classes can be held at your home or at Wholesome Bellies’ kitchen at Woolloongabba.  There is an option to do the entire program and classes online.
  4. Payment plans are provided.  The program must be paid in full by the time the 5 weeks full immersion is completed.  There is no fee for payment plan.
  5. A deposit of $500 is required upon booking and setting dates for your program.
  6. Once a deposit has been paid and work has commenced there is no refund for change of mind.
  7. Rescheduling a private class will be offered at not cost with 7 days notice.  Classes can only be rescheduled two times before a $100 surcharge will be applied to make further date changes.
  8. You can add onto the program if you need more coaching at $200 per hour.

I’m a passionate plant-based foodie and cook and absolutely love helping people get more plants on their table and live a healthy, joyful life!  

My plant-based journey began 15 years ago (more about this story HERE) And today I live a mostly plant-based life.  I love cooking, sharing my food with others and most importantly I love inspiring others to live a healthy life.  Growing up in and Italian family, with my mum the chef in our family restaurants, has given me an incredible foundation for building flavour from scratch.  I’m always told I have a talent for cooking and I truly feel most comfortable in the kitchen.  It’s truly a blessing and one I’ve love to share with you.

I’m a wife, daughter, sister and mum.  I’m also big on kindness and work on sprinkling a bit of that everywhere!  The world needs more.

My kids (aged 10 and 13) have both been raised vegetarian, and still are. The personal experience in raising them up this way and having them thrive is also something I’m passionate about and happy to share the experience and knowledge.
