And yes, you read it right – this class is entirely gluten-free, so you can fully enjoy these mouthwatering dishes without worry. As a vegan establishment, we do use nuts in our premises, and although we maintain strict hygiene standards, please note that traces of nuts may be present in our meals.

Suitable for All Levels: A Feast for the Senses and Skills
Our classes are intimate and personal, with a maximum of 12 participants, allowing for a hands-on experience and ample opportunities to learn and ask questions. These classes are not just about cooking; they’re about sharing a memorable and delicious meal together. We start with a brief introduction, have time for a tea, coffee, or cold drink, and then dive straight into the cooking process.
After the cooking is done, we sit down as a group to enjoy a feast of the dishes we’ve prepared. We encourage you to bring your favorite beverage to complement the meal. It’s a time to relax, connect, and savour the fruits of your cooking efforts. You’ll leave our classes with a full tummy and a heart full of joy.
Our classes run over weekends, either a Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons. Our schedule changes every month so be sure to check out dates as they pop up.

Our menus are based on seasonable products which means that from time to time some fresh ingredients may not be available. In this instance we will always substitute with the best available option. Before we wrap up, a word about our ticket policy – they are non-refundable. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you can’t make it, you have the option to transfer your ticket to a friend who can join in the Thai culinary adventure.

In her dedication to supporting this lifestyle shift, Lynn returned to University to study Nutrition and Dietetics. Lynn's commitment and passion for veganism led her to author her own book, "Nourished Vegan: Teenagers Guide," aimed at assisting families considering plant-based eating. The book is a treasure trove of wholesome recipes, practical tips, and valuable insights into plant-based nutrition. Lynn has also inspired her to lead plant-based workshops and classes across a variety of cuisines.
