I’m Fi — a food lover, traveller and someone who absolutely loves bringing people together over incredible experiences.
After many wonderful years running my plant-based cooking school in Brisbane, I decided it was time for a new chapter. I closed the school and turned my attention to something I’ve always loved just as much — food, travel and creating beautiful experiences for people to share.
I’ve been running retreats for years (more than 22 of them!), and taking that same feeling overseas has been such a natural next step. I’ve now hosted two wonderful Malaysia food tours, launched our Borneo adventure, explored closer to home here in Australia, and Italy is now on the horizon too.
For me, these trips are about so much more than ticking places off a list. It’s about the food we discover, the people we meet, the laughs we have and those unexpected little moments that end up being the ones you remember most.
I love taking care of all the details so you don’t have to. You can simply turn up, relax and enjoy the adventure.
