Take a day out for you, before the silly season creeps up, and enjoy a day of rest that you totally deserve at our beautiful Wholesome Bellies space at Woollongabba.
We’ve partnered with the beautiful Samantha Hewinson (Mother of four, holistic yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Nutritionist) to bring to you a truly beautiful, soul enriching day of yoga, mediation, nutritional and incredible plant-based food. With Samantha leading our yoga and workshops and Fiona leading our cooking and feeding your soul, this is a must event!
The Cooking Class:
- Lentil and potato dhal
- Cauliflower and tofu tikka masala
- Curried chickpeas
- Coriander roti bread
- Cumin and almond infused basmati rice
Please let us know if you are gluten free or coeliac so we can be sure to modify the items above to suit your dietary requirements. As a vegan establishment the use of nuts in our premises is high. Please note that our meals may contain traces of nuts.
Tickets are not refundable, however if unable to attend you can transfer the tickets.
Please note, whilst it doesn’t happen often, if we don’t reach our minimum number of six, this class may be rescheduled or a credit note/refund will be provided.
