This is a foodie retreat like no other before.  An intimate retreat for women, to come together, share their love of food, wine and great conversation.

Enjoy the Sunshine Coast warmth before Autumn breaks in, relax by the pool, take a stroll on the beach, all whilst enjoying four, epic plant-based masterclasses.

The retreat is led by me, Fiona Anchal, a passionate plant-based foodie and a bloody awesome cook.  I’ve grown up around food and seriously think about food pretty much every minute of the day.  More about me here.

I promise to create the most incredible food experience for you. 

You will most likely arrive at the retreat a little exhausted, having already had a massive first quarter in 2020, and looking to wind down a bit.  My promise to you is to spoil you, teach you new tricks in the kitchen, provide you with three amazing meals every day (with your assistance), enjoy some great belly laughs, make new connections and go home a happier and lighter version of yourself.

I’ve found us an incredible house at Marcoola, Sunshine Coast, just 200 metres from the beach.  With seven bedrooms, each room with its own bathroom (I know, what luxury) absolute luxurious dΓ©cor and furnishings, beautiful outdoor space, a pool, and most importantly a world-class kitchen for us to create amazing food. This is a 5-star beach house!

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ON THIS RETREAT?

There will be plenty of time to relax, take a walk on the beach, lie by the pool and fit in an afternoon siesta or two.

In addition to resting, you will indulge in:
