I’m so excited to bring this incredible plant-based Italian masterclass to you. Growing up with my mum as a chef in our family, Italian restaurant has equipped me with a plethora of traditional recipes . It’s an absolute privilege to bring these recipes back to life with my plant-based spin.
This class is ideal for someone simply looking to add more plant-based meals to table. And if you love Italian flavours, and aren’t plant-based, I promise you won’t even miss the meat in the full bodied, packed with flavour recipes.
My classes are for all levels as all recipes are simple, using only a few key ingredients. Why complicate life 🙂
- Tomato and olive risotto arancini balls
- Polenta chips with walnut and pesto dipping sauce
- Zucchini ravioli with vegan and spinach ricotta
- Chocolate espresso tart
