I’m so excited to bring this incredible plant-based Moroccan inspired masterclass to you. At this class I share my passion of the Mediterranean diet with these incredible Moroccan flavours. It’s an absolute privilege to bring these recipes to life with my plant-based spin.
This class is ideal for someone simply looking to add more plant-based meals to table. And if you love Moroccan flavours, and aren’t plant-based, I promise you won’t even miss the meat in the full bodied, packed with flavour recipes.
My classes are for all levels as all recipes are simple, using only a few key ingredients. Why complicate life 🙂
Classes are very personal, and run by myself in my home kitchen. We take things slow, we have an absolute ball and then sit down to a relaxed meal with like-minded people. You’ll leave the class with a full tummy and a full heart. And that’s my promise.
- Spiced roasted cauliflower salad, served on a bed of hummus and topped with almonds
- Roast carrots served with baba ganoush
- Israeli cous cous salad with roast vegetables
- Eggplant and chickpea tomato stew
- Home made flat bread
Class is limited to eight people.
Investment: $95 per person.
This class can be catered for gluten free – all dishes are gluten free/or can be modified.
