I’m so excited to bring this incredible plant-based Indian masterclass to you. At this class I share my mother-in-laws family recipes, handed down several generations. It’s an absolute privilege to bring these recipes to life with my plant-based spin.
This class is ideal for someone simply looking to add more plant-based meals to table. And if you love Indian food, and aren’t plant-based, I promise you won’t even miss the meat in the full bodied, packed with flavour recipes.
My classes are for all levels as all recipes are simple, using only a few key ingredients. Why complicate life 🙂
Classes are very personal, and run by myself in my home kitchen. We take things slow, we have an absolute ball and then sit down to a relaxed meal with like-minded people. You’ll leave the class with a full tummy and a full heart.
- Potato and cauliflower pakora with coriander chutney
- Coconut broccoli and lentil dahl
- Chole curry (chick pea)
- Home made roti bread
- Cumin and almond infused rice
The class is suitable for gluten free as all dishes except roti are gluten free – roti bread can be made gluten free upon request.
The class is limited to 8 people, so be sure to secure your spot quickly.
