Christmas Catering – order by Monday 18th December for pick up Sunday 24th December by 12pm

A super moist, guilt free cake made using a blend of polenta, almond flour and gluten flour coupled with fresh lemon juice, lemon essential oils, and coconut cream.  It’s finally drizzled with a touch of lemon icing to finish it off. This cake is light, moist and best served with vanilla ice-cream or coconut yoghurt.
