A super moist, guilt free cake made using a blend of polenta, almond flour and gluten flour coupled with fresh lemon juice, lemon essential oils, and coconut cream.  It’s finally drizzled with a touch of lemon icing to finish it off. This cake is light, moist and best served with vanilla ice-cream or coconut yoghurt.

One size – round cake 22 inch – cuts 12 – 16 triangle pieces.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

Serve with a cup of tea or coffee! Ice-cream or coconut yoghurt.
