I’m so excited to bring this incredible plant-based home-made pasta masterclass to you. Growing up with my mum as a chef in our family, Italian restaurant has equipped me with a plethora of traditional recipes . It’s an absolute privilege to bring these recipes back to life with my plant-based spin.
This class is ideal for someone simply looking to add more plant-based meals to table. And if you love Italian flavours, and aren’t plant-based, I promise you won’t even miss the meat in the full bodied, packed with flavour recipes.
My classes are for all levels as all recipes are simple, using only a few key ingredients. Why complicate life 🙂
- Hand made ravioli filled with vegan ricotta and spinach, served with a classic tomato sugo
- “Farfalle” pasta (bows) with a roast cauliflower sauce
- Hand made spiral pasta with cashew cream pumpkin sauce
Our classes are always an incredible experience, with guests leaving inspired and rejuvenated.
Class is limited to eight students.
Investment: $95 per person.
