Fiona’s in-laws are from India, and she’s been so fortunate to learn from the best! With her mother-in-law as the chef at her own Indian restaurants in Queensland for many years Fiona has given some classic recipes her plant-based spin and created this incredible masterclass.
The class is loaded with simple and flavoursome recipes. Wholesome Bellies’ classes are for all levels as all recipes are simple, using only a few key ingredients. Why complicate life 🙂
THE MENU:
- Potato and cauliflower pakora
- Coriander chutney
- Broccoli and lentil dhal with coconut cream
- Traditional chole curry (chick pea)
- Home-made roti bread
- Basmati rice infused with roast cumin and almonds
The class is 100% plant-based.
