Our Founder\, Fi\, has invited her mum (former chef in her earlier years\, running her own restaurants) to teach us the art of hand-made pasta making. \n\n\n\nRita\, along with Fi will teach you the art of making home-made pasta dough by hand.  We’ll work together to make a three or four hand made traditional pasta shapes. \n\n\n\nTo enjoy our pasta\, we’ll create three yummy pasta sauces and then sit down and enjoy a heartfelt\, Italian lunch with our beautiful Nonna!   \n\n\n\nThere will be two options when you book – you can opt to make egg pasta or vegan pasta.
