DESCRIPTION:21 Nile Street\, Woollongabba\, 3pm- 6pm\n\n\n\nFiona’s in-laws are from India\, and she’s been so fortunate to learn from the best!  With her mother-in-law as the chef at her own Indian restaurants in Queensland for many years Fiona has given some classic recipes her plant-based spin and created this incredible masterclass. \n\n\n\nThe class is loaded with simple and flavoursome recipes.  Wholesome Bellies’ classes are for all levels as all recipes are simple\, using only a few key ingredients.  Why complicate life 🙂 \n\n\n\nTHE MENU: \n\n\n\n\nPotato and cauliflower pakora\n\n\n\nCoriander chutney\n\n\n\nBroccoli and lentil dhal with coconut cream\n\n\n\nTraditional chole curry (chick pea)\n\n\n\nHome-made roti bread\n\n\n\nBasmati rice infused with roast cumin and almonds\n\n\n\n\nThe class is 100% plant-based.  This class can be 100% gluten-free (please advise when booking) \n\n\n\nPlease note tickets are not refundable\, however if unable to attend you can transfer the tickets to a friend. \n\n\n\nClasses are very personal and run by Fiona\, at our beautiful kitchen and restaurant at Woolloongabba.  We take things slow\, we have an absolute ball and then sit down to a gnocchi feast.  You’ll leave the class with a full tummy and a full heart. \n\n\n\nPlease let us know if you are gluten free or coeliac so we can be sure to modify the items above to suit your dietary requirements. These recipes are authentic and guaranteed to impress. \n\n\n\nThe word “thali” means plate and is an old custom. It’s essentially a traditional meal that’s served with up to 10 varieties of dishes in small round bowls called katoris. Our Founder\, Fi\, will teach you how to make pasta from scratch along with sauces and all with a beautiful Christmas theme – bon bons\, gorgeous set Christmas tables and a bonus Christmas gift! \n\n\n\nWe’ll work together to make pasta dough -you can opt to make egg pasta\, eggless or try both methods.
