DESCRIPTION:21 Nile Street\, Woollongabba\, 3pm – 6pm\n\n\n\nThis Thai cooking class is the second Thai edition to Wholesome Bellies. With our first Thai Class\, Thai Sensations\, being a huge success\, and more of a beginners class\, we’ve dug deep to create a new class full of your Thai favourites. This class is packed with vibrant colours\, using traditional Thai flavours and ingredients as well as loads of vegetables. And we just love how fresh and easy it is to replicate these classics. \n\n\n\nLed by our chef\, Lynn\, who is also our gluten-free expert\, you’re in for a real treat as she shares her experience of her travels around Thailand and the incredible food she’s learned to cook and enjoy.  Lynn has also studied nutrition and is well versed in the world of plant-based cooking and eating and has a broad range of knowledge in this space.  And the extra bonus is that this Thai class\, like our other Thai class\, is completely gluten-free. \n\n\n\nThis class is ideal if you looking to add more plant-based meals to your table.  And if you love Thai food\, and aren’t plant-based\, we promise you won’t even miss the meat in the full bodied\, packed with flavour recipes. \n\n\n\nAll recipes have been re-created to ensure it’s 100% vegan and with so many alternatives today\, you will be blown away at what’s possible. \n\n\n\nWholesome Bellies’ classes are for all levels as all recipes are simple\, using only a few key ingredients. \n\n\n\nOUR MENU: \n\n\n\n\nThai Fish cakes with jackfruit\n\n\n\nPapaya salad (if not in season we may need to substitute for vermicelli noodles)\n\n\n\nTofu egg fried\, pineapple rice\n\n\n\nMassaman curry\n\n\n\nMango\, lime vegan cheesecake\n\n\n\n\nAfter our cooking\, we will all sit to enjoy a yummy meal as a group with plenty of food to take home. \n\n\n\nThis class is completely gluten-free. As a vegan establishment the use of nuts in our premises is high.  Please note that our meals may contain traces of nuts. \n\n\n\nTickets are not refundable\, however if unable to attend you can transfer the tickets. \n\n\n\nPlease note\, whilst it doesn’t happen often\, if we don’t reach our minimum number of six\, this class may be rescheduled or a credit note/refund will be provided. \n\n\n\nYOUR TEACHER\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLynn\, a seasoned home cook and passionate vegan joined our Wholesome Bellies family in 2021.
