Our lessons are small, and hands on, giving everyone an opportunity to get involved in the cooking and ask plenty of questions.
And the best part is that we get to sit down and enjoy a delicious plant-based meal together. For me, cooking is not just a matter of getting in the kitchen and putting together a meal purely for survival. It’s about sitting down as a group, and enjoying a home cooked meal together. It’s here where magic happens. Where incredible conversations are had, where the world’s problems are halved, or forgotten for a moment in time, where stories are told and laughter is had.
